Do you have a Retail Store Locaton?
No, at this time we do not have a retail store. We have a current plan in place and that is definatley in the plans.
Can I pick up items instead of Guardian Tool shipping them.
Yes, we do require a 24 hour notice on pickups to allow the warehouse to pull items.
What methods do you use for shipping?
We use mainly UPS for smaller packages and uitiles many ltl freight compaines for larger shipments.
What methods of payments do you take?
We take all major credit cards along with PayPal.
Do you accept checks or money orders?
No, but we are in the process of accepting internet based checking.
Are all of your products new?
Yes, unless it is stated as refurbished all of products are new in a new box.
It seems as though you have alot of import items?
Very true, we are currently adding vendors and should have more domestic items soon.

We are located in the Heartland of America Maryland Heights Missouri. It is a subburb of St louis Missouri.
